You push it!
Using a basic egg roll wrapper, we took our perfect french fries, grabbed some of those great Wisconsin cheese curds, and wrapped it all up. We deep fried it until golden & crispy, and served it with a side of rich, brown gravy.
See that melty cheese? I bet you can just hear the crunch, too. This poutine is one of my favorites, because it's just unbelievably silly. And it's delicious, too. But you already knew that.
